HOW IT
WORKS?
Space Planning is imperative during the beginning stages of either a home renovation or a simpler project like furniture layouts. Our computerized design drawings will illustrate wall and furniture locations, lighting and measurements.

Set up a discovery call and lets discuss the project.

If we are a right fit, We will schedule a mutually convenient time to visit your home. An in-home consultation is up to two hours. This service is available to those who live on Long Island or in the surrounding areas. Commute outside of 30 mile radius of our office may incur an additional fee.

3. In 2-3 weeks we will present computer generated floor plans. (1) updated As-Built floor plan will be generated for client’s records and (2) proposed layout options for clients’ consideration. Measurements, lighting and electrical notes will be provided on drawings. Floor plans can be used as a tool to bid out the job to contractors. Client to give feedback and request revisions if necessary.
4. Once floor plan layout is selected client can elect for additional drawings (Lighting plan, electrical plan and elevation drawings.
* Design fee is dependent on square foot, complexity of the project and scope of work.
